1. Introduction to Our DMCA Policy
Welcome to the official DMCA Policy for Dynamic Tech World. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Dynamic Tech World website and its associated digital ecosystems.
If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through our site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement.
2. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Policy notice, Dynamic Tech World will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including the removal of the challenged content from the site. Please be aware that if you materially misrepresent that material or activity is infringing your copyrights, you may be held liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
To file a notice of infringement with us, you must provide a written communication that includes the following elements:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: Provide a detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, you may provide a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the infringing material: Provide the specific URL(s) or exact location on our site where the alleged infringing material is located, so that we may find and verify its existence.
- Contact Information: Provide your mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address where we can contact you.
- Good Faith Statement: Include the following statement: "I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
- Perjury Statement: Include the following statement: "The information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the owner, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
- Signature: Provide a physical or electronic signature of the authorized person acting on behalf of the owner of the copyright.
3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. To be effective, a Counter-Notification must be a written communication provided to our designated agent that includes your physical or electronic signature, identification of the material that has been removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your contact information.
Please note that we may send a copy of your counter-notice to the original complaining party informing them that we may replace the removed material. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, the removed material may be replaced in 10 to 14 business days after receipt of the counter-notice.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable legal frameworks, Dynamic Tech World has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts or access of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers of our Terms of Service or this DMCA Policy.
5. Contact the Designated Agent
All infringement notices and counter-notices should be sent directly to our administrative team. We ask that you allow 1-3 business days for an email response. Note that emailing your complaint to third parties, such as our Internet Service Provider, will not expedite your request and may result in a delayed response. Please review our Privacy Policy regarding how we handle correspondence data.
